Information collected on this website

The public website does not ask you to submit symptoms, diagnoses, medication details or a medical history. The pre-booking choices remain in your browser and are not saved by this website.
Anonymous page views and broad device/referral information through privacy-conscious analytics
Booking-button and external-calendar click events containing only page source and language
Information you voluntarily send through a configured email, WhatsApp or booking service

Analytics

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights may be used to understand aggregate traffic and site performance without advertising cookies. Query strings and URL fragments are removed before analytics events are sent. No symptoms, diagnoses, messages, booking reasons or health-related audience labels are sent.

External services

Appointment scheduling opens an external Google Calendar page. Google’s own privacy terms apply to information entered there. Email and WhatsApp are also independent services with their own privacy practices.

Use and disclosure

Information is used only to operate the website, arrange consultations, provide care where a clinical relationship exists, maintain necessary records, and meet legal or immediate-safety obligations. Personal or health information is not sold and is not used to build advertising audiences.

Your choices

Avoid sending urgent or detailed clinical information through website contact channels. You may ask about access, correction or deletion of non-clinical contact information, subject to professional record-keeping and legal requirements, through the configured contact options.
